SMS Messaging Terms

1. Program Description

Certified LymphCare operates an optional SMS messaging program that sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and cancellation notices to customers who book lymphatic drainage therapy services with us. Opting in to text messages is never required to book an appointment, to purchase, or to receive any service — customers receive all appointment information by email whether or not they enroll in SMS.

2. How to Opt In

You can consent to receive text messages from Certified LymphCare in either of two ways: (1) by checking the optional SMS consent box when booking an appointment online, or (2) by submitting the SMS Opt-In Form below. In both cases the consent checkbox is not pre-selected and is optional. Consent to SMS is not a condition of any booking, purchase, or service, and is not required to complete any transaction.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your appointment activity. You may receive a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before your appointment, a reminder shortly before your appointment, and a notice if your appointment is cancelled or changed.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Certified LymphCare does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates will apply.

6. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially.

8. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
